Refund and Return Policy

At Top Groomsmen Gifts, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized gifts and home goods. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our refund and return policy below.


Returns

  • Eligible Items: We accept returns on non-customized products within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Customized or personalized products (such as engraved cutting boards or printed tumblers) are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error in production on our part.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@topgroomsmengifts.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error in production.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for non-customized items returned in their original condition. Items that have been damaged or altered will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@topgroomsmengifts.com  and we will assist you with the exchange process.
